People sync configuration overview
The Configuration Overview tab has a table that shows details about which fields are currently mapped from UKG Pro HCM to UKG Pro WFM and their locations.

People sync configuration overview

The Configuration Overview tab has a table that shows details about which fields are currently mapped from UKG Pro HCM to UKG Pro WFM and their locations.

Pro field. Each row of the table is associated with a field in the UKG Pro employee record. For example, Last Name, Date of Birth, Address, and so on.
Pro field location. Shows the path in the UKG Pro structure where the Pro field is located. For example, for Date of Birth the location is My Employees > Personal > Private Info.
Pro WFM field. Shows which Pro WFM field(s) the Pro field is mapped to.
Pro WFM field location. Shows the path in the UKG Pro WFM structure where the UKG Pro field is located. For example, for Address, the location is Maintenance > People Information > Contacts.

The values that display depend on how your synchronization properties are configured. For example, if Skills & Certification is not included in the sync, then this data will not display.

Review mapped fields and locations

Review all current field configurations and search across fields for a specific field name.

Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Integrations Setup > People Sync Configurations

Click the Configuration Overview tab. All currently-mapped employee fields display.
If more than one UKG Pro WFM field is associated with a UKG Pro field, click that row's Multiple fields link to see the full list of UKG Pro WFM fields.
To filter the table, start entering a field name in the Search field. The table updates to show only those fields that match the text you entered.
