Overview of Flow

UKG Flow enables access to the following functions in the collaboration tool without the need to switch applications:

• View and submit punches The entries on a timecard that mark the beginning (in-punch) or end (out-punch) of a work interval, such as the beginning of a shift or transfer.:
  • Simple and attestation The act of confirming or attesting that something is true. For example, when punching out, users may need to attest that they took their meal breaks.-based punches
  • Punch history
• View the current accruals balance
• Request time off:
  • View the status of requests
  • Manager and employee notifications for time-off request Request subtypes that employees use to request time off for vacation, illness or recovery, appointments, personal time, or other absences. Time-off requests can be configured to support many different employment scenarios. approvals
• View daily and weekly schedules
• Swap recommended shifts:
  • Requester and recipient notifications for shift-swap approvals
