Use Flow in Microsoft Teams
UKG Flow allows you to punch The entries on a timecard that mark the beginning (in-punch) or end (out-punch) of a work interval, such as the beginning of a shift or transfer., submit requests, and view schedules in Microsoft Teams™ without the need to switch applications.
- Log in to Microsoft Teams.
- Click Tap the UKG Flow app.
- Click Tap in the chatbox to display the available commands.

Click Tap the message input field of the Chat to verify that the following commands are available:
- Punch — Submit punches for today, including for attestation The act of confirming or attesting that something is true. For example, when punching out, users may need to attest that they took their meal breaks..
- View Punches — View a history of your punches over the past 5 days.
- Time Off — Request time off.
- Time Off Status — View the status of requests that were submitted during the selected date range.
- My Schedule — View your weekly schedule; you can show schedules up to 4 weeks in the future.
- Help — View definitions of the available commands.
- The first time that you select any command:
- You must click tap Login.
Note: The log-in tokens are valid for 7 days. During this time, you do not need to log in each time you access the commands.
- When you see the message that you successfully logged in, return to Teams.
- You must click tap Login.
- Click Tap any of the following:
- Punch — Click Tap to submit simple punches.
Note: If your account is configured for attestation, additional buttons are available.
- Time Off — Click Tap to see your current accruals balances. Then, click tap any of the following:
Time Off — To request time off. Then, select the Request Sub-Type, the accruals category in Deduct from, Full Day or Hours from Duration, and the From Date and To Date. Click Tap Submit.
Time Off Status — Click Tap to view the status of submitted requests. Select the Start Date and End Date.
- My Schedule — Click Tap to view your schedule.
Click Tap Next to view the schedule for the next week; you can show schedules up to 4 weeks in the future.
If Swap is shown, you can request to swap a shift for a recommended shift.

- Punch — Click Tap to submit simple punches.
