ACPs for reporting functionality

Function Access Profiles define a user's specific access rights. To set the access control points (ACPs) for reporting functionality:

  1. Go to Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Access Profiles > Function Access Profiles.
  2. Select a Function Access Profile or click New to create a new one.
  3. To define rights for manager reports, select Manager - Department Manager.
  4. Expand Reports and set the following Function Access Profile control points to "Allowed" or "Disallowed":

    When enabled, the user can invoke the Run Reports action from the Report Library page.

    Selecting this option will allow users assigned this Function Access Profile to schedule reports to be delivered as email attachments. Reports may include personal information. This setting may be transferred to another tenant via Setup Data Manager or by cloning. Do you wish to continue?
