Activate a KPI
How to activate a KPI.
You can activate any deactivated KPI (standard or custom) to make it available to the development of Dataviews, reports, and other KPIs. (It will be visible for selection.) Activating the KPI will make it available for processing by the domain functions that perform the real-time data loads.
To activate a KPI:
- Open the Main Menu and navigate to .
- Navigate to . A list displays the Name, Description, Short Name, Data Source, Display Format, Precision, Type (STANDARD or CUSTOM), and Status (Enabled or Disabled) of each existing KPI.
You can sort this list by the contents of any column by clicking tapping the column heading. Clicking Tapping toggles between an alphabetical or reverse alphabetical sort.
You can filter this list by clicking tapping Filter and entering a search string in one or more of the columns in the row just beneath the column headings.
- Highlight one or more KPIs that you want to activate and click tap Enable . A warning message is displayed indicating the number of associated deactivated KPIs that will be reactivated when the KPI is activated.
- Click Tap No to abort the activation. Click Tap Yes to confirm the activation.
