Configuring Strategic Workforce Planning

Steps for configuring the application are as follows:

Go to Setup.
- Configure attributes, organizations, fiscal year and tags.
Go to Data Management.
- Configure your location hierarchy and associated sites.
Go to Labor Model.
1. Select the appropriate model.
2. Configure standards, profiles, drivers, calendar, global settings.
3. From the Scenarios page, create scenarios and associated iterations.
