Entitlement Summary

The Entitlement Summary page lists the currently available license seats for each package subscription. It allows you to verify available and total license seats. (For conceptual background, see Entitlement terminology and package descriptions.)

Note: When a tenant is in implementation state, the sum of assigned hourly and salary timekeeping entitlements cannot exceed 2530 entitlements.

To view the Entitlement Summary page, open the Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > System Configuration > Entitlement Summary.

The following information is listed:

Column Description
Package Name Name of the unit, available by subscription, that contains one or more products.
Total Number of Seats Total number of individual users that can be given access (by being assigned a license seat) to the software package. For example, 50-user per-seat license would mean that up to 50 individually named users can access the program.
Assigned Seats Number of license seats currently assigned to employees to use the software package.
Remaining Seats

Number of license seats that remain to be assigned.

Note: The Remaining Seats column may contain a negative value (an overage) if the subscription for a given package has been replaced by a subscription for a package at a higher tier in the same functional area, or a seasonal package has expired, and licenses assigned to employees have not been migrated or deleted.

On this page you can:

  • Sort this list by the contents of any column by clickingtapping the column heading. ClickingTapping toggles between an alphabetical/numerical or reverse alphabetical/numerical sort.
  • Filter this list by clicking tapping Filter and entering a search string in one or more of the empty cells immediately beneath the column headings. For columns containing numerical data, you can also open a drop-down list and select a numerical condition to further refine the list.
  • Condense the table by removing any unpinned columns (columns with a blue heading). ClickTap Column Selection and select or deselect the appropriate columns.
  • Click Tap History to view the Transaction History window.
