Interval Round Rules

An Interval Round Rounding is a way to simplify payroll accounting and reporting, and to enforce shift start and end times. For Example: an employee punches The entries on a timecard that mark the beginning (in-punch) or end (out-punch) of a work interval, such as the beginning of a shift or transfer. in at 8:07 A.M. and punches out at 4:25 P.M., working a total of 8:18. Using an interval round rule of 15/07, this rounds to 8:15.
