Reminder template

Reminder templates are used to send reminders to individuals that a document or action is required. Reminders are optional.

If you deployed a document reminder activity template for Leave of Absence and selected the template for use in Leave setup, reselect the template when you modify and redeploy the template.

Assign default Reminder Template

  1. Navigate to Administration > Application Setup > Leave > Reminder Templates.
  2. Select a Process Template A file that automates and directs the flow of a business process. It contains the tasks, people, and rules that define the process. for Leave Document Reminders from the drop-down or choose <None>.
  3. Select whether to use a Process Template for Leave Notification Reminders or choose <None>.
  4. Click Tap Save.
