Swap recommendations are disabled by default.
(Optional) In the swap recommendations settings, you can enable or disable any of the recommendations, and customize the messages.
- Click Tap Main Menu > Administration > Application Setup > Employee Self Service > Recommendations > Swap Recommendation Settings.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Tap New. Enter a Name .
- Select one set of swap recommendation settings. Click Tap Edit.
In Save Changes to, select one of the following:
Save changes everywhere that the named entity is used. Entity: {SettingsName} — Make the changes to all swap recommendation settings that have the same name.
Save as a new named entity — Make a new swap recommendation settings.
- Select swap recommendation settings. You cannot delete settings that are being used. Click Tap Delete. Click Tap Yes to confirm.
- (Optional) Enter a Description.
- For each recommendation, do the following:
- (Optional) In Message Override, enter a custom message that fits your organization. Tip: Keep the message short so that it is readable on small screens.
- In Enabled, select the button to enable recommendations. Clear the button to disable recommendations that are not appropriate to your organization.
- Click Tap Save.
